Nate has loved the game of hockey since the age of 2 when he went to his first Indianapolis Checkers Game.

Nate started his hockey career on concrete, when he was 9 years old.  Nate started playing roller hockey and immediately showed great promise as a hockey player. Nate played roller hockey for 2 years winning league championships each year. When he turned 11 Nate, with a lot of prodding and inspiration from Ben and Tony Titus finally hit the ice in the Pee Wee ranks at the Coliseum and never looked back.  In his second and final year as Pee Wee, Nate was among the leaders in goals and assists.

Nate went on to play for the coliseum All Stars and the Bantam All Stars.  Nate was fortunate his freshman year to make the North Central Varsity Hockey Team where he continued to improve and was one of the leading freshman. In his sophomore year Nate played for the North Central JV team, there he tied or broke most of the existing records and playing with a well balanced JV Team, gave North Central arguably one of the best JV teams ever.

As a junior Nate made the North Central Varsity Hockey Team again, and paired with David Scott and Pat Bishop gave the Panthers one of its most consistent lines.

This year as a senior Nate is one the inspirational and motivational  players as well as one of the leaders in goals and assists.

Nate played for the Indianapolis Peace Games Bantam Team.  In 1999 the Peace Games were played in Scarborough, Ontario Canada and in 2000 the Peace Games were played in Indianapolis, IN.

Nate plans on going to college to pursue a career as a Firefighter.
